Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce advanced medical summaries, chronologies, narrative briefs, and case synopses tailored for legal and clinical stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed quality audits on completed reports, implementing corrections and continuous enhancements.
  • Detect incomplete, inconsistent, or missing documentation and communicate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain impeccable confidentiality while upholding stringent HIPAA-compliant standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medico-legal, clinical, and technology teams to ensure seamless and timely project delivery.
  • Innovate templates, documentation systems, and workflow methods to strengthen team-wide performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related medical disciplines with strong clinical grounding.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical record interpretation, chronology creation, clinical documentation, or healthcare reporting.
  • Advanced familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostic structures, and healthcare documentation systems.
