Core Responsibilities:
- Examine and interpret comprehensive medical records, identifying procedures, diagnoses, treatment sequences, and key clinical milestones with precision.
- Lead and support junior analysts through expert mentoring, consistent training, and adherence to documentation protocols.
- Produce advanced medical summaries, chronologies, narrative briefs, and case synopses tailored for legal and clinical stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed quality audits on completed reports, implementing corrections and continuous enhancements.
- Detect incomplete, inconsistent, or missing documentation and communicate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain impeccable confidentiality while upholding stringent HIPAA-compliant standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medico-legal, clinical, and technology teams to ensure seamless and timely project delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related medical disciplines with strong clinical grounding.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical record interpretation, chronology creation, clinical documentation, or healthcare reporting.
- Advanced familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostic structures, and healthcare documentation systems.
